  SPA POLICY  

  1. Sales of Goods

    Renewal Day Spa is committed to and offers Goods and Services of satisfactory quality as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2). Renewal Day Spa strictly prohibits any form of selling tactics during treatments.

  2. Cooling off period

    A customer who wishes to return or refund a purchased treatment package can do so within five (5) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of purchase for a full refund.

  3. Refund Policy

    Renewal Day Spa will only accept refunds or exchanges for unopened product items in their original packaging. No refund or exchange will be provided after three (3) days of purchase if the product has been opened or tampered with. Product exchanges will be for items of equal or lower value. Customers are required to bring along original receipts with products for refund. There is no refund for purchased or complimentary gift certificates.

    There is no refund for a-la-carte spa services that are liable for payment upon commencement. There is also no refund for treatment packages after the cooling off period.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    A twenty-four (24) hr cancellation policy applies in order to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. The customer should inform the spa of any cancellation by phone (+65 6738 0988). Less than eight (8) hrs notice will be subjected to a fifty percent (50%) cancellation fee. Full fee will be imposed for no show. If a customer arrives late for an appointment, the spa has the right to reduce the time of the session accordingly or end the session by the appointed time and charge the full price of the booked treatment.

  5. Sale of Gift Certificates

    Gift certificates are not to be refunded or redeemed for cash. Customers using the gift certificates can change the purchased treatment by paying the difference if the new treatment is of higher value. There will be no refund given if the treatment is of a lower value. All gift certificates must be redeemed within the stipulated validity period.

  6. Pricing, Promotions & Payments

    All treatment prices are clearly displayed in the Renewal Day Spa menu, brochures and website. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

    All treatments and packages descriptions with prices with prices are clearly quoted in our Renewal Day Spa menu, brochures and website.

    Additional treatments selected by customers as add-ons are displayed in the spa menu.

    All prices quoted will be honoured by Renewal Day Spa at the time of booking. Certain promotional packages may have specific validity periods as stated in the Renewal Day Spa's marketing communication materials and website.

    All discounted prices and promotions, if any are clearly stated in the Renewal Day Spa's marketing materials and website.

    Renewal Day Spa accepts most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Nets and cash payments in Singapore Dollars.

  7. Privacy Policy

    Renewal Day Spa is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. We will not divulge or sell any personal information of our customers without the prior written consent to any third party. Personal information collected is solely for the purpose of completing sales transactions. All customer data (physical and computer files) are securely locked and password protected. Only authorised personnel can access these files.

    Every staff is briefed on the confidentiality of our customer's data which is clearly stated in their employment contract which they have read, understood and signed upon their engagement.

  8. Complaint Policy

    We will follow up on customer complaints within a reasonable time frame of not more than two (2) weeks. Customers who are not satisfied with our solutions are advised to contact CaseTrust directly.

  SPA ETIQUETTE 

  1. We request that noise level be kept to a minimum at both the treatment area and relaxation lounge to maintain the peaceful environment. All cellular phones, pagers and other electronic devices should be switched off.

  2. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for a complimentary personal consultation with our Spa Counsellor.

  3. We recommend no jewellery and watches to be worn during treatment. The managements accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the spa.

  4. Please voice your concerns, if any, to your therapist as only then would she deliver a treatment to your satisfaction.

  5. Tipping is not practiced at Renewal Day Spa. However, staff will be pleased to accept a gratuity should you feel they have performed an excellent service.

  6. The spa does not have dedicated male and female shower/locker facilities. Renewal Day Spa has only one dedicated female shower/locker facility. Hence, male clients will proceed immediately to the respective treatment rooms.
